• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration (MBA-HR preferred)

• 5 to 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in senior HR roles managing full spectrum HR functions

• Proven track record in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations & compliance

• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, ability to lead change, good use of HR metrics/analytics.

• Excellent communication, leadership skills, interpersonal skills.
